Every minister, pastor, priest, rabbi, rector...all in training and practice... should read this and discuss how and where they see themselves. You are handing them the opp to see their selves as others see them.

Being humble should be the first goal. "Lead from behind," says the Tao. A good place to start.

There is the odd one who does not fit this. But they are too few. Interesting to see the numbers of people leaving the ministry; this behaviour is not only affecting "others"; it's affecting their own and their selves. There's a focus on "self" that is excruciating to see. I wonder when and if they'll clue in...?
