Ha! You're funny, Mr. Rhein! Is this the latest, down south?? People freaking out about driving regulations?? I guess if you had respectable government, people would pay attention. I know my son has thoroughly enjoyed paying less than $100/month for auto insurance in OK...as opposed to the $590 (so about $850 US!!!) my youngest son pays here in BEAUTIFUL British Columbia... Argh.... And a seat belt is so obviously necessary...
