Here in Canada, I would check out printers and compare quality and cost. Maybe check in with the post office to see about the costs in sending out different sizes. Though most people appreciate a calendar big enough to write. I ordered one last year to support a visual artist, and it was small. But the art was truly beautiful. It cost me about $50 with postage. A bit much for my budget, BUT, if I can, I believe in supporting art and artists.
