Honey instead of sugar... sure! For me, the line is when I feel that UGH of "self-denial." Then I pause and think about it. It's been easy though, to have coffee with skim. if it didn't feel easy, I'd have to question. I'm feeling motivated to change this up, and make it permanent. Except for when I really want that choc cake. I should have added how I have an apple (with peel) each evening... I'm finding that takes away any urge for sweets. I'm getting quite addicted to apples :)
