I feel that this speaks to an urge to find a way to LIVE as opposed to a Christianity that has been intent on finding a way to die... which is what I grew up with, and was hungry to know otherwise. She's being honest.

I think it can be both. But how we live, how we absorb the handful of Jesus' short years before crucifixion, is critical.
