I left the University of British Columbia three years ago after 14 years of teaching. I miss the classes we used to have, groups of people collectively working and caring and seeking. Curious!

Post-secondary is no longer about learning. It is Business, and that is all. I now have a newsletter on Substack to share my knowledge of creative writing, but it's not the same as working with a dozen writers creating novels and asking questions.

Perhaps you will find a way to write that book now.
