I wrote a memoir of my time caregiving my spouse through ALS. I wrote it because I couldn't find anything like it when I needed it. And the number of emails I receive from people who read it amazes me.

So please continue in this work of yours; it is necessary. Forgive me if I say especially with and for young men, as our culture doesn't really allow for their expression of pain in healthy ways... still! So needed.
