It was worth the effort. I have to say that the (new) venue of The Sphere added greatly to the show... which would have been just fine in a high school gym for me! But the imax-type visuals were thoughtfully done, and added.

Not sure if redeem is the word though; it takes a lot to redeem Vegas--not in my capacity! Though I must say the street people in my own city (Vancouver) look even worse off and in greater number.
