Love this thought--that they should go find their pink boots and wear them--yes!

My time in schools really opened my eyes as to who are the bullies, and how bullying is demonstrated--as a life skill, to my mind. The teachers who opt out, have a tough time. The admin folks who opt out deserve statues!! I did work with one principal and one VP who were noteworthy in this regard. And didn't take it for granted. The first time I met the VP she was on her knees cleaning slushy snow out of the entranceway. The principal--age late 50s?--was so tall he was bent over from decades of listening to children. Special people.

Thank you for reading, Andrew.
