LOVED your perfect response! In the BEd program I did, the grades were pass/fail, which I found appalling. So much of this article resonates--all of it, really. There is so much to be done... But the programs are where this thinking begins, and takes hold. And I think teaching should begin when we look into a learner's eyes and connect, or make our best attempt to connect (and questions OURSELVES if we don't!) Thank you for this.
