My youngest son did not speak until 35 months. Then it was in full sentences. He was always able to communicate his needs though, and seemed happy, so I let him be. People around me questioned, but I continued to read to him and talk with him and share thoughts. I spent a lot of time reading and talking with my boys.

Each one of us is so very different. We live in a world with such expectations! I wish you peace about this :)
