This has been a remarkable series, Steph!

So much truth in these closing observations. Yesterday I was talking about my own neighbourhood, the downtown east side of Vancouver, poorest postal code in Canada, and all the scary bad stuff that happens here. And how it's the most compassionate, yes, quietly good place of the city. People talk with each other, have conversations, check in on each other. The stuff we don't talk about enough!
