When my son started to homeschool it took more than ayear to "de"school (at age 9). Even my summers "off" from teaching, are never true "down." I really like the sense of pace in your piece here...it reflects you accepting this new--and exciting! I think!!--life!! Time to chill. And find that groove. Good stuff.
