Wow--I really love this! To share: one of my oldest friend's home had an extensive fire. When we were going through it afterwards, we found a mostly-destroyed copy of Twas the Night Before Christmas. She tossed it--and was miserable. They'd read it every year to their girls. I removed it from the garbage and cut fragments from it to place in miniature picture frames from hobby shop. I painted the frames either red or green, and put velvet ribbons on them to create Christmas tree ornaments. (She lost all her ornaments, too.) It was definitely a feel-good project in spite of all the sadness, and what fun to return the framed bits to her family!
Thank you for this piece--wonderful!
