YES--to hearing Thomas reading Child's Christmas. My sons and I watch the wonderful film of it, starring Denholm Elliot, every year. They say the lines before the actors. "Would anyone care for something to read?" in the midst of a housefire, and quote throughout the year. The music in it is so good, too. The work does honour Thomas and the story.
